Welcome to Brontosaurus!

Welcome to our class!  Our class teacher is Miss Healey.  We are supported by our wonderful Teaching Assistant, Mrs Simpson.  We love being creative and take every opportunity to use the outdoors, iPads and lots of other practical resources in our learning.

Things to know this term:

 

P.E.

We have P.E. on Tuesdays so please make sure you have your kit at school!  We also have P.E. on Thursday mornings with Simon.  This session is outdoors so please ensure children have appropriate clothing and footwear.  It would be greatly appreciated if P.E. kits went home for washing at half term.

 

Spellings

Spellings are linked to our Phonics learning.  Please bring spellings books in to school on Thursdays.  New spellings go out on a Friday so books must be in and ready for a new list. 

 

Times Tables

Year 2 will do a times tables challenge every week.  Please bring in times tables books on Tuesdays.  Times tables challenges will go home on Fridays.
