Creating a good atmosphere helps all abilities and attitudes to benefit from maximum physical development and interaction.
Clear instructions help the children to understand what is expected of them and how they will improve their own skills and performances. Clear comparisons such as, 'chopping carrots' help pupils to improve their running style etc.
Pupils are also encouraged to comment on their own and others' performances.
