Blogs PageOur Scheme of Work has been amended slightly this year, due to the pandemic. After a two week unit based on the book 'Here We Are', we began teaching using the Lancashire Bridging units. The units were based around quality texts, rich in vocabulary, and were written to take account of 'lost' learning in Summer term. The units included key learning and skills from both the previous, and current year groups, and aimed to motivate and enthuse children to read and write.
