Each year, we review and reflect on our current situation to decide on our priorities for the forthcoming year.  We gather lots of information from the voice of our children and all our stakeholders, we analyse data and informal assessments, we look at local, national and global priorities and ask ourselves what will help take our school forward next year.  The pandemic presented lots of different challenges, there were aspects of school development that we could not see through from last year and we had to strongly consider the impact on our children, their teaching and learning.  This will mean that our school development plan this year will be more dynamic and will change and evolve in response to our findings.  Currently we are focusing on the following four key priorities:-

Of course, these are only our key priorities - we have many other action plans.  Each subject has its own action plan which is led by a pair of Subject Leaders within school.  We also have actions for other aspects of school life - health and safety, assessment, SEND, governance, Collective Worship, EYFS etc.  This ensures we keep all our cogs turning and we may continue on our journey as a developing Church school.
