Hi Stegosaurus!  

 

The latter part of this week is still on an ocean/sea theme, this time focusing on pirates!  This week in school we have (or will) be reading a pirate story, "The Pirates Next Door" and our learning will be based around the theme of pirates/the sea/boats and ships.  

 

For extra gold stars this week you could:

 

  • dress up as a pirate! 
  • Sing a pirate song
  • Make a boat out of junk modelling and try to make it float
  • Go on a scavenger hunt around your house/garden, what can you find that is shiny and sparkly like pirate treasure?
  • Design and make a telescope
  • Hop on one leg like a pirate, how many hops can you do?
