Home Learning/Learning in school

From Monday 22nd June school is opening up further to include children from Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6.  This means that I will be in school teaching on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I will continue to post home learning activities, which you will either access every day/the days that your child is not in school.  (Lerning will be uploaded by Monday morning for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and learning for Thursday and Friday will be uploaded by Thursday morning).  I will reply to emails and posts on our class Facebook group page and Tapestry site, (Reception parents only), at the end of each school day.  Please continue to send me learning that is done at home. 

We start a new unit focus from the 22nd, it is called, 'All Creatures Great and Small'.  Home Learning will still include a daily English, Maths, Phonics and afternoon task, (please refer to the stars below).  I will continue to post a video, (still found in the Video Resource Centre), on a Monday and a Wednesday, as well as a post on my Class Blogg page.

Welcome to Triceratops!

Reception/Year 1

Hello, my name is Mrs Reeve and I am the class teacher in Class Triceratops.  Supporting me is Mrs Holgate and Miss Riley.   Together we love to create a vibrant learning environment in our classroom where the children focus on our Building Learning Power statements of being:

• Resilient Roggy
• Have a go Hoggy
• Teamwork Toggy
• Proud Poggy

We love to use all our outdoor space to enhance and deepen the children's learning experiences.  

As well as being Class Triceratop's teacher I am also part of the SLT in school, my role being Head of EYFS and KS1.  I feel honoured to be part of this team, supporting Mrs Berryman and the rest of the SLT team to aim high and support our school vision.
