If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office. If the policy is not in the format/language you require, please do enquire and we will do our best to help.
School staff should always be treated with respect and should never be subjected to harassment, bullying or intimidation.
As a school we always try to resolve any concerns parents may have through open dialogue. We would ask that complaints are raised through the schools' Complaints Policy rather than directly by email or social media.
The school will only respond to individual complaints and not group complaints to particular issues. It is important to remember that schools have a legal duty to remain politically impartial and to follow the official guidance set by the Department for Education.
